Di sits at Yard 0 behind four Scrapsouls and their paper tube, surrounded by worn walls and things left behind.

Yard 0 / Dispatch 01

Made from
what remained.

Scrapsouls are collectible patchwork plush, imagined by Di from the things people leave at Yard 0. Each one carries a memory, and a few words worth keeping.

Meet the nine souls

9 pieces. 1 story.

02 / The maker · Yard 0

Meet Di.

Di is eighteen. Quiet and observant, he helps his dad at Yard 0, noticing the things other people leave behind.

His patched hoodie and worn boots carry their own history. He repairs what he can, saves the pieces that mean something, and stitches companions from dreams, memories and things he never had.

His ambition is to make something that matters beyond Yard 0. Scrapsouls are his way of connecting with the outside world, sending a little of his story to someone who might understand.

To make something worth keeping.

Di stands in Yard 0 under amber lantern light, wearing his patched hoodie, red plaid repairs and a chain over his shoulder.

03 / A note from Di

Some things
stay with you.

I help my dad at Yard 0. I find the things people don’t want anymore, and keep the pieces that mean something to me.

Sometimes they remind me of a moment. Sometimes, of things I never had.

I stitch them together. I don’t always know who they’ll become. I just know I can’t leave them behind.

This one is yours now.
I hope you keep it.

— D.

05 / What makes a soul

Pieces make us.

Old cloth. A lost coin. A length of thread.
Whatever Di finds becomes part of someone.
The memory gives those pieces a reason to stay.

01 / Found, then seen differently

Nothing quite matches.

A coin, a button, a scrap of metal. The things Di finds become eyes, mouths and details with a past of their own.

A pink fabric heart with visible stitching.

02 / Scraps with a past

Every patch belongs.

Different fabrics, faded colours and uneven patches come together. A little heart gives an old piece of cloth a new meaning.

03 / Held together by Di

The stitches stay visible.

Rough seams and a tied fabric knot carry the marks of his hands. Every join is part of who this soul has become.

04 / Something worth keeping

A cork to keep the memory.

Each soul begins with a memory. Di closes its head with a cork, keeping that memory safely inside.

06 / The story comes with it

A dispatch
from Di to you.

A kraft paper tube, marked “Dispatch 1”. Raw textures, rough sketches and Di’s words make it feel found, handmade and part of Yard 0.

Open it slowly.

Lift the lid and uncover the soul nestled in kraft paper, as if Di placed it there himself. The reveal is a small moment of discovery.

A letter from Di.

Inside each tube is a personal letter, signed “— D.” A few words connect your soul to the boy who kept those pieces.

“This one is yours now.
I hope you keep it.”

— D.

07 / A dispatch to the shelf

Yard 0,
out in the world.

The counter display brings the kraft tubes together as one dispatch from Yard 0. Weathered textures, rough sketches and Di’s words carry the same story onto the shelf.

Cult culture. Personal meaning.

SCRAPSOULS is rooted in cult culture, connecting people who see value in things others leave behind. Every soul carries a subtle, imperfect message, open to interpretation. What matters is what it means to you.

Each dispatch is a marker of identity.
The pieces you choose say something about you.

08 / Brand expansion

The story finds
another form.

What starts at Yard 0 can become something we wear, carry or live with. SCRAPSOULS takes its patchwork DNA into a wider world, keeping the same memories, imperfect details and personal meaning.

Collabs / Concepts

Different codes. The same soul.

The familiar silhouette can take on another brand’s colours, materials and symbols. Patches and found details evolve, while Di’s story of memory and reinvention stays at the heart of each character.

Clothing / Concepts

Wear what stayed with you.

Patchwork moves into streetwear for teens and adults. Visible seams, worn colours and small emotional details turn Di’s visual language into clothing that feels personal, expressive and lived in.

Bags & Backpacks / Concepts

Carry a little of the story.

The same character DNA adapts to backpacks and crossbody bags. Patches, found details and quiet messages carry each soul’s identity into something you can wear, with a matching companion to take along.

Daily Objects / Concepts

Everyday things. Personal meaning.

Wallets, pouches, travel gear and everyday objects take on the same patchwork language. Visible seams, mismatched details and familiar messages turn useful things into pieces that feel personal and lived in.

Home décor / Concepts

A soul in the space you keep.

The characters can become collectible sculptures, home décor and retail art. Their familiar shapes, seams and expressions carry the same emotional meaning into the spaces we live in.

Concept imagery for creative exploration. Featured brand names and marks belong to their respective owners.

09 / Future drops

More pieces.
More memories.

The character DNA stays familiar: patchwork, mismatched found details and a cork that keeps a memory inside. New scraps bring new colours, textures and stories for Di to stitch together.

Dispatch 1 is the beginning. Yard 0 has room for Dispatch 2, 3, 4 and beyond, each bringing new souls and another letter from Di. One ongoing story, told through the things he keeps.
